Why is it important to exercise?
Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It decreases a person’s risk of developing certain diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. By exercising regularly, you’ll not just feel good, you’ll also look good! You’ll feel much more energized, refreshed, and alert at all times.
Here are some of the basic exercises that you can do without visiting the GYM:
